Our catering team is led by a head chef, who attends residents’ meetings to discuss menus at that the meals on offer reflect the residents’ wishes. All dietary needs are catered for and our team recognise the importance of, not only nutrition, but that food should be a pleasure to be enjoyed. Special days are celebrated, such as St Andrew’s day, when haggis is on the menu, or Valentine’s Day when heart shaped cakes are offered.
